Park Ridge High School’s Head Golf Coach Chuck Boelke was named the 2010 BCSL Olympic Coach of Year and was honored at a recently Board of Education meeting. He led the Owls to a 15-6 record, a school record for victories. Chris Brown, the district’s athletic director said the team nearly won the BCSL League Championship, and finished second in the BCSL Golf Championship Tournament by a mere two strokes. The team also qualified for the Bergen County Team Tournament and the NJSIAA State Tournament, and sent a team member to the Tournament of Champions.
